About
I'm Beatrice. I grew up speaking Italian, built my career in English, and have spent years moving between the two — in university seminar rooms, in international marketing teams, and in the interpreting booth.
That journey taught me something no textbook does: that communicating well in a second language is less about vocabulary and more about judgement — knowing how to frame an idea, read a room and say exactly what you mean, with the right tone.
Today I bring together linguistic expertise, academic rigour, teaching experience and a practical understanding of how international business works. I coach the way I would want to be coached: thoughtfully, honestly and always with your real objectives in view.
Academic affiliations describe my own studies and teaching; this practice is independent.

Whether you're supporting a newly appointed director, an Italian team working with UK clients, or a distributed group that meets mostly online, I design programmes around your people's real communication needs — not an off-the-shelf syllabus.

A conversation with HR and/or line managers, and short individual assessments of participants where useful.
2.Written proposal
Objectives, format, schedule and a tailored quotation, so you can evaluate and approve internally.
3.Delivery
Sessions scheduled around your team's working hours, online or — where agreed — in person in London or Rome.
4.Review
Periodic progress updates for HR and a final review against the objectives agreed at the start.
Every programme is quoted individually, based on scope, format and number of participants.
